Hi My Name Is Jason Brownlie
I'm a dad to 2 daughters, husband and founder and coach at the Perth Fitness Camp.
It hasn't always been this way, I used to be overweight, out of shape and unhappy about how I looked. When you're wearing XL clothes to hide what's looming underneath you're unhappy and have zero confidence.
That's what being out of shape feels like for most.
That all changed in 2001 when I made the decision to transform my life for the better, since then i've never looked back.
In 2009 I moved to Perth and as a former gym Personal Trainer I wanted to take my experience and knowledge outside with people who have quite literally reached the last sraw just like I did all those years ago.
I wanted to help men and women who like me have tried every idiotic diet going with very little to show for their money!!!
